I have been writing product software since 2015. Today I build a retail AI agent platform: I designed and built from scratch the ISO 27001-compliant cloud infrastructure it runs on, and I develop the product — the application and the customisable agentic workflow systems that B2B enterprise customers and forward-deployed engineers shape to their own use case.
Before that I built the platform of a fintech startup as a Senior Software Engineer. For the three years before that, as an Alkemy consultant, I was the main owner of the code behind the entry points WindTre bills from — fiber, phones, mobile top-up — a company with almost €4 billion in revenue and more than 18 million mobile lines. And before that, six years covering the full lifecycle across every kind of project — CRMs, management systems, native iOS and Android apps, e-commerce — from ideation to release. Very different contexts, from a startup to a multinational: I learned to adapt fast, and not to assume that what works in one works in the other.

Development of the retail AI Agent platform: multi-tenant SaaS with RBAC and AI agent orchestration with MCP servers and LLM tooling (LiteLLM, Langfuse), with AI workflows on Windmill. In production it routes 9.3 billion tokens a month across 8+ models and providers, peaking at 172 requests per second.
Python for the AI tooling and MCP servers, and for the async workers and workflows running long-lived tasks.
Modelled and evolved the product data layer — PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, OpenSearch, queueing on RabbitMQ — over 74M+ documents; audited and cleaned up the data footprint, reclaiming ~132 GB across 16 collections.
Also designed and built from scratch the entire cloud infrastructure the platform runs on, to take it to production end to end.
Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and GitOps via ArgoCD: 3 environments — dev, staging and production — and ~19 Applications, private VPC/VPN networking, ephemeral per-branch preview environments, observability with alerting and Sentry. ISO 27001-compliant infrastructure.
Platform scaling and reliability driven by production data: eliminated 502/503 errors on the LLM gateway and unblocked worker scale-out, taking peak queue wait from 20 seconds to zero and peak throughput to 460 jobs per minute.
