Recent workDesign and development of agentic workflows and automations for two startups, orchestrating LLMs and adaptive models in async pipelines. Long-running tasks handled through queues and Python workers, with dynamic routing to the model best suited to each step, retries and end-to-end observability. The project was developed in an ISO 9001 certified environment.

I designed and built from scratch the entire cloud infrastructure of CommerceClarity, a retail AI Agent platform: cloud-native, horizontally scalable, secure and ISO 27001 compliant.
An asynchronous webhooks and RESTful API service to optimise uploaded files. Thumbnail generation, colour palette extraction, format conversion, video transcription, generation of video renditions based on custom quality and resolution selectors and many other tasks, run by Python workers and coordinated by a centralised service manager with horizontal scaling support.

A platform that aggregates and analyses transactions for Mastercard, one of the world’s largest payment networks, at national scale to understand how customers spend. Every transaction is classified by spending category, and the data can be explored through advanced filters by geographic area, period, category and amount, with real-time dashboards and insights.
